Selective Storage Racking

Selective Storage Racking is purpose-built for the efficient and economical storage of non-palletised goods. Available in light, medium, and heavy-duty configurations, this system makes the most of your available warehouse space by accommodating a wide variety of items on adjustable levels. Decking options include open or closed slatted pine timber, steel panels, and other surfaces to suit your specific products. The system is ideal for both low-rise hand-picking environments and high-rise order picking operations — and because it can be combined with other systems such as pick-face racking, it adapts readily to evolving storage requirements. For warehouses that need practical, cost-effective storage without the complexity of fully automated solutions, Selective Storage Racking delivers outstanding value.

Selective Pallet Racking

Selective Pallet Racking

Selective pallet racking is the most common and widely used method of storing pallets in a warehouse. Designed to provide ready access to every pallet in your storage, this system handles unitised pallet cargo and works seamlessly with forklifts that can pick up cargo from any position. It can be configured to store products at considerable heights, is economical and durable, easy to install, and levels are easily adjustable for both temporary and permanent settings — available in light, medium, and heavy duty configurations. Selective pallet racking is ideal for organisations with multiple SKUs and is perfectly suited where flexibility, access, and speed of operation are the main objectives.

VNA Racking (Very Narrow Aisle)

VNA Racking (Very Narrow Aisle)

Very Narrow Aisle Racking is purpose-built to maximise pallet storage capacity while maintaining individual access to every pallet position. By reducing aisle widths to between 1.7 and 2.2 metres — only marginally wider than the handling equipment itself — VNA racking dramatically increases the number of pallet positions within your existing warehouse footprint. The system is served by specialised handling equipment such as combination order pickers, turret trucks, stacker cranes, and dedicated VNA trucks, all designed to operate precisely within these confined aisles. With rack heights reaching up to 17 metres, VNA racking turns vertical space into a serious storage asset.

Pallet Shuttle Racking

Pallet Shuttle Racking

Shuttle Racking is a high-density storage solution ideal for operations with large volumes of pallets per SKU. Lanes of up to 50 pallets deep can be stored in either First In, First Out (FIFO) or First In, Last Out (FILO) configurations. Remote-controlled robot shuttles carry pallets in and out of deep storage tunnels on tracks beneath the beams, freeing your operators to focus on other tasks. A standard forklift places the shuttle into the rack at the desired height and position, loads the pallet onto the shuttle, and the system takes care of the rest — no specialist equipment or operator training required.
