VNA Racking (Very Narrow Aisle)
Very Narrow Aisle Racking is purpose-built to maximise pallet storage capacity while maintaining individual access to every pallet position. By reducing aisle widths to between 1.7 and 2.2 metres — only marginally wider than the handling equipment itself — VNA racking dramatically increases the number of pallet positions within your existing warehouse footprint. Shuttle Racking is a high-density storage solution ideal for operations with large volumes of pallets per SKU. Lanes of up to 50 pallets deep can be stored in either First In, First Out (FIFO) or First In, Last Out (FILO) configurations. Remote-controlled robot shuttles carry pallets in and out of deep storage tunnels on tracks beneath the beams, freeing your operators to focus on other tasks.
